This has been a trying Winter indeed. Both body, mind and spirit challenged on the soul and health fronts.
Come gift yourself a day of healing on the first Saturday in May from 9 am to 9 pm for a FULL day of gathering and all things BLISS.
From morning Soul Style Yoga flowing into a unique Sound Bath experience. From a Spirit Art workshop journeying into a Creative Dance unfolding. From Sacred Heart inspired Chanting to Meditative Chair Yoga, Self Inquiry and Journaling all sounding off the day into a BLISSFEST Concert.
